COMMON QUESTIONS
No. Those may be appropriate tools, but the GPS Method begins before implementation. We first determine what the business genuinely needs and which activity deserves investment.
You will receive a clear strategic blueprint, but its value is not its page count. The emphasis is on the diagnosis, three priorities, a Not Now list and a practical route for the next 90 days.
The GPS Method is built around strategy. Website development, branding, content creation, SEO, advertising management, supplier management and implementation are not included unless separately agreed and quoted. Where specialist work is required, GPS Marketing can help define the next step.
The core Strategic Growth Blueprint is delivered within four weeks after the initial payment, discovery questionnaire, workshop and required information are complete. The 30 day recalibration takes place after delivery.
Good strategy adapts. The review considers new evidence, progress and constraints so the route can be recalculated without losing sight of the destination.
